It is recommended that you have at least a 650 credit score or if the job is over $500 it can also be financed!!

Once approval is received and a deposit has been paid (or financing confirmed), LT Fencing will then contact 811 to locate all non-private utilities on the property. This free service will locate all public utilities with washable marking paint and flags, it is important not to remove these marking as per state law. 

The installation crew typically arrives around 9-10AM taking into account the jobs intricacy and tasks to be completed. There is no rush or expectation for our crews to work excessive hours. The focus is doing the job right the first time, avoiding the need for rework.

Once your job has started, a project supervisor will be assigned to your project. They will be your first point of contact for all things that have to do with the installation of your new fence or gate. They will also be the person to discuss the fence line, fence construction techniques, and any changes you may request once your project begins. 

After project completion, please contact the main office for questions about payment, invoicing, or any other questions.
